I've been licensed in California real estate since August 3, 2017. Before launching SnapDwell, I worked as an agent at a boutique real estate firm in Vista, California, where I gained hands-on experience managing transactions, negotiating deals, marketing properties, and guiding clients through every stage of the buying and selling process.
In addition to my real estate background, I've spent years building and operating multiple businesses and helping clients think strategically about real estate investment opportunities and building wealth through long-term property ownership. I also have experience in the technology industry, where I developed a strong understanding of systems, automation, and operational efficiency — a background that heavily influenced how SnapDwell was designed.
From the beginning, I approached SnapDwell not as a traditional brokerage, but as a technology-driven platform focused on simplifying the transaction experience for San Diego home sellers and buyers across California through smarter processes, better tools, and clearer communication.
Why I Built SnapDwell
After years in real estate, I watched homeowners pay tens of thousands of dollars in commissions while still dealing with slow communication, fragmented systems, and processes that hadn't changed in decades. I believed consumers deserved better:

Broker Responsibilities
As the responsible broker for SnapDwell, I oversee all brokerage operations including:
- Supervision of all real estate transactions
- Review of disclosures and compliance with California real estate law
- Oversight of technology and AI tools used in the transaction process
- Ensuring consumer protection standards are met on every transaction
